I'm offered to buy it for $ 100. I think, is it worth buying or not?

If you can't find or identify a signature on this piece I would offer a little less than $100 but remember a painting (or anything) is worth what someone is willing to pay. If you are willing to pay $100 and the seller won't offer less... then take it.

If you want it for resale, I think $100 is too much. For resale, I would not pay more than $20 for a picture of this quality, an amateur work. At $20 I think the purchase would be risky.

Well, as I understand, non-professional painting is very cheap. And its value tends to zero, even if the 19th century or the 18th century))?

For me, the picture (My unprofessional view, I do not understand anything in painting) looks relatively beautiful. I wanted to take it for myself. But, really more than 50-60 dollars it turns out for is not necessary to give.

Thanks, but can you date the picture? This is the end of the 19th century?

Well... the picture you took was taken 06/03/2015; I have a feeling this was painted around the 1920s.:)

If you go back to EDIT you can fix their visible size as long as they are about 480x640.

I think 1920 is about right. This is a decorative European painting. I would not pay $100.00 for it.

Well, yes, the picture is late. There would be at least the 19th century, I think 100 dollars could be given.

20th century I'm not particularly interested. Although Russian painting of the early 20th century can be taken.
    If it's certainly cheap.

I would agree with Brad - c1920s. For painting of this caliber (usually by a Sunday painter, an amateur who did it for a hobby) the style doesn't change much from the late 19thC to pre-WWII, and age is not a factor in the value.
