Artwork - is it French?

Got this artwork which looks to be made by a French artist because of the text. Can somebody read French? It does not appear to have a signature.

Can this maybe be of a french graffiti artist? Or is this not graffiti art?

Looks partly a print and the rest is done with different techniques pens, paint, pastel, etc. This is what made me curious to research it.

Why would they spend all time and afford to make such a nice piece but than not sign it? Is it maybe hidden in the artwork?

Any Info or input is welcome.

The title reads "Study for a blue tiger"

The words in the upper left loosely translate as "the universe (that others call the library) is composed of an indefinite number"

The letters in the lower left seem intentionally scrambled. They may suggest words, but I don't think they actually say anything.

I suppose they are meant for the exhalation of the tiger.

Interesting. Thx so much moreotherstuff. Great help. Will try to see what I can find of blue tiger art. The works looks almost like it's made to be printed.

Hi aquitaine, yes the first image is the hole picture, and no the tiger is not upside down. If you look closely you can see the mouth of the tiger in the green area and his eyes are in the blue and just below the yellow colors.
