I think the signature is given name written above surname.
    More photos might help.

Rather than having anything to do with image, could be framer's instructions. But, for life of me... Can't think what it would be.

Here are a few more photos. I appreciate everyone's help. Any idea as to its value?

Jennifer, the artist's signature can be found here. Would you be kind enough to help us help you by posting a close-up photo taken straight on in as large a size as possible?

And, if you didn't see my questions in a previous post, I'm repeating them here.

"Also, Jennifer, please provide us with the size. And, was there a frame when you acquired the work? If so, please include a photograph."

    My apologies! The print is 8 1/2" L x 4 1/4 W". With mat as shown measures 11" L x 6 3/4" W. No frame was included. Purchased as photographed. Thank you.

Here is a photo of the signature. This is the closest my camera would get before becoming blurry. Thank you.

Clearly a multiple. Jennifer, have you done a Google Images search to see if you come up with a match?

Those are the words in regular Castellano. Through collecting regional costumes I come across Dutch Frankish (mainstream Dutch) sentences with dialect names for items of clothing, or names in one of the other five Dutch languages, all the time.
The same goes for the other languages I speak, so many regional differences.
So surely there are other words for items of clothing in the various dialects and languages in the Spanish speaking world?
I can read Castellano Spanish as long as it stays on the level of novels and newspapers, and make out things in Catalan, but that is about as far as my knowledge goes.
Not saying this is regional dress, but it could be from a non-Castellano region that uses regional words in mainstream language.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

@i need help, I ran it through a bunch of filters in TOPAZ.....I almost think it's more legible (almost!) smaller!!!! BUT here are a couple of samples.....sorry, it takes time to run it through the filters....!! First one is multiplied 2X, Second 3X and last is 4X.....and I tried to take it off that background.....THAT was an impossible task....or I ran out of patience..........almost looks like an F or T AND a C...or maybe JUST a 'T' then 'e' 'c' 'h' 'r' then a period....that's what I THINK I see.....

That is Spanish and it appears to be instructions; as someone already mentioned, probably the framer. The matte board was probably black. I think the last word is the name of whoever was providing the instructions.

Thank you all very much for your time and assistance with this find! I had never anything quite like this before. This is all great info. I think it is a very neat piece, and was thrilled to learn more about it! Thanks again.
