can anyone tell approx age by frames/ thank you.

found these at back of a closet, am almost certain they are prints, but wondering about age, I probably have had them 20 yrs, any information appreciated. am sorry for quality od pics, this is my 3rd attempt.

 

70's.

 

The hardware on the back isn't that old, probably 60s or later but that doesn't indicate the age of the rest of the frame I have put new hardware on some of my old frames.

thank you so Brad, oh if only it was original. lol. I carefully lifted some of the backing,and it is on some kind of stiff paper, maybe posterboard,

 

Many paintings are reframed so there is no way to date a painting by the frame. Very few are in original frames.
