Featured Asian Patinated Faux Verdigris Vase

    Hi, this metal vase is about 8 inches tall, and has a smooth surface that looks like it is patinated with a faux verdigris oil spot finish. I've seen similar described as patinated Japanese bronze.

    Does anyone recognize the signature, what country it is from, or which side is right side up for the signature? Any other thoughts welcome.

    It is a Japanese under mark for sure.
    But I cannot read it because the definition of the mark is not high enough.
