Could you post some closeups of the text please? It does seem to be Church Slavic but I can't distinguish well what it says.

It has a Russian silver mark on the back, but not an old one. Best I can do - I can make out a few city names, but that's as far as my written Russian gets.

So far I figured out the two words on the top: Velichaem chestneishy - We are glorifying the honest...
Then it goes complicated. Church Slavic is not really Russian, so it's quite difficult to read even to me as a native Russian speaker.
I agree, the mark looks newish.

Ok, I checked it once again and did my best.
"We glorify the most honest celebrated by cherubs and seraphims uncomparable unperishable god-bearing the essential Mother of God."
That's roughly the translation, the small details may vary.

Think an older meaning of 'honest' is needed:

    adjective
    adjective: honest

    Origin
    upload_2020-6-17_20-47-10.png
Middle English (originally in the sense ‘held in or deserving of honor’): via Old French from Latin honestus, from honos (see honor).

In the list of possible synonyms was 'virtuous', which would also make sense.

IOW it's essentially a Mary medal. :) Or was made to hold one anyway.

thank you so much! I'm very grateful.
Can some one tell me if its only silver? Cause it's in color gold. Maybe it's
    gold-plated silver? Does anyone know?

It looks gilded, but I don't know which technique was used. There seems to be rubbing, but no flaking of the gold, so it doesn't look plated to me, but wdik.;)
@Hollyblue may be able to tell you more.:)

Too hard to tell and the sloppy photo editing doesn't help.

Is there a ring on the top, like a pedant?
Maybe April can confirm, but I think the icon frame can translate to
    Theotokos.
