Royal Bayreuth ....what is this shape called?

Wasn't sure what to call this shape with the three openings on the top.

Kind of an odd little piece. Measures approx 3" high. What is strange to me is the nicely done transfer of the woman with the simple hand painted house above. Would the painted house have been original to this piece? Not so familiar w/Royal Bayreuth.

Just curious to learn about it. Thanks for taking a look.

There's one just like it listed on ebay as a toothpick holder. I don't know if that's what it is, but it has the same girl and house scene.

    That's helpful. Thanks Janetpjohn! :)

And with keywords from that auction (Royal-Bayreuth-Brittany-Lady-Clam-Digger), I'm finding others with the same scene, so house is definitely original to the piece. Much appreciated.
