Hand wall sconces ID

    hi i was wondering if anyone could help me ID these hand wall sconces? I'm not sure of age as the wiring doesn't look very old unless they might if been rewired. Any info would be great thanks!

    I think the hands themselves are older.
    I think they have been spray painted and rewired. Also the candle cones look replaced.
    The on/off(1) looks new. However, the detail of beads and stippling(2) look older and not sure those little details would be in a newer casting.
    Wait for others to comment. I could be wrong.
