precimax watch with .800 bracelet & case question?

I think the bracelet and case is German but I can't find the maker of the case etc or time frame anywhere. Any help?

 

The design says late 60s to early 70s. No clue on the rest of it. It's definitely made in West Germany however.

Thanks for the info, I checked the .925 site for the marks but came up empty as far as maker of the case & band, the swiss watch company must have made movements for all sorts of custom watches. Still looking

 

Case at least is swiss, the hallmark with an edelweiss is one of the marks for silver at .800 here for export in germany.

PXP Precimax was a mark of Helios SA, Neuchâtel.

 

If it makes a difference I'd say it has no commercial value apart from the very small silver value. It has no utility value nowadays, even women who do wear watches have gone off tiny ones you cannot see, the 70's design is not fashionable, and there is no noticeable collector base for ladies watches.

 

It will likely end up in the melt pile but I always like to check first and since I probably have .50 cents in it its a win win.

 

I'd wear that if I had it; it's pretty. It might be worth trying to sell it first if it works. If not, melt pile.
