Newbie hailing from Toronto

    Hi everyone! I'm from Toronto, Canada and decided to join in an effort to garner some wisdom on the fascinating world of antiques! Ive undertook a booth at an antique mall which I will be officially settled into May 1st, so right now I am collecting left, right, and centre. That being said, I have SO many items that need identifying. My knowledge is existent but quite limited in the antique department, but browsing through the forums I can't believe how knowledgable and friendly everyone is. Very glad to be apart of this community. Thanks and look forward to connecting with you. Anyone from Ontario, Canada on here by the way??

    Hahaha. Toronto Raptors all the way, and I don't think Montreal has a team for that ;)

    Yea! My parents live in Buckhorn, in the Kawarthas. Huntsville isn't too far from there :)

    Thanks! A lot of it is mid-century housewares and furniture because that's what is in style right now for home decor. Gotta keep up with the trends in order to sell! :)

    Happy to have you here Vanny! I've considered getting a booth in a local antique mall; around here what is flying off the shelfs is folk art, rustic unique wooden items, and advertising "Stuff.":)
