Need help with oil painting signature

If anyone can help with signature it is appreciated. It seems this was on a stretcher at some point but taken off

I suspect yours is a factory painting and done by someone who never visited Paris.

A common giveaway with factory paintings is that they're produced for maximum impact with minimum effort. Yours done with impasto in dramatic palette so big wow factor but effect would have been quickly achieved. Also, the linear perspective is a bit funky. And the Eiffel Tower is in the middle of the Seine.

And the construction is off, the top part has been turned into a mesh, almost like crochet work, without showing the distinctive A-shaped structural lines. The painter has never seen the Eiffel Tower.
