Went to a flea market on Saturday. Found no fleas. but did find some random jewelry bits and this thing. It's a model of an old candlestick phone made out of graphite.


Then I found Queen Louise wanting something. She didn't want "up", but did want to sit on the fridge. I put some food in a dish with predictable results. Louise prefers food she has to "snitch".

Sharona maybe you've had some luck already in finding out some info, but just found an Armand Marseille with similar markings that may be of some help.

$1.49 at the thrift store today. Five inch. Two hairlines.

Finding/buying vintage jewelry is starting to become a bit fun.

Found these 3 sterling silver chains & pendants at a local spot during my lunch break. Paid $10 each. One comes with an original box. Lets see who can ID the maker. Hint........... maker's initials are: 'G.J.'

2 are from the 1991 Heritage Collection, and 1 is from the 1988 Annual Collection.

Qick auction records search shows sales at $180+ each.

eBay completed shows sales at $350 & $250 each, with retail asking prices at $600+.

I have a watch of his around here somewhere that was purchased over the Summer for a few bucks as well.

Lol! Why is it well-known and not member or active as it was? Why does it keep changing?

I've wondered about that "well-known member" thing, too. I don't think it's only how much you post. It might also be combined with how many threads you start, how many Likes you get, etc.?

OK, I just started a new thread about this in the "Support and Testing" area. It looks like it might be those who pass the threshold of 300 "Likes." Nuff_Said just passed that, and has 302. I also notice that if a person has added their own word or phrase under their user name (like isorizent) it does not show the Well-Known Member or Active Member designation.

Now let's get back to finds! Terry, that really polished up well!
