1921 or more recent (when US import marking requirements added "Made in" and the actual country name as known in English.) I have a creamer/sugar set that was my grandmother's that also has that raised star underneath. It isn't exclusive to a single maker, but rather a structural element. I would guess your pot is pre-WWII but that is just a guess.

    It's very nice!

I would guess pre-WWII also. It is very nice. I've not seen that painted design before.

It is definitely pre-World War II as it belonged to my great grandmother. I guess this must be the creamer, unfortunately it got chipped. 33E7BFE9-90F6-4BA3-8AEB-117E4CCD4C2C.jpeg

Not wanting to prejudice any opinion by assertion, as I don’t really know when she would have acquired it you see. Having someone with knowledge inform me that the stamp means after a certain date gives me the confidence that it wasn’t before that time. Otherwise, Great grandma was around in the mid-1800’s and before her time she also had a mother, grandmother, etc.

Wow good thinking. That one appears to be in much better condition, maybe even made later? I notice the white portion at the bottom is all the way down to the bottom on that piece as opposed to floating up a little higher like on the two pieces that I have. Also two of the flower blossoms are seen by themselves on the motif and not connected to anything else. Pretty cool.
