Featured Does this buffet have a recognized style name..??

    I personally can't see feet on this with the "mopboard" style molding along the bottom edge...................I could be wrong, but stylistically i think they would probably "ruin" the integrity of the design...........sort of like striped, twisty birthday candles on a wedding cake or a gold leaf dome on a garden shed............

    that makes sense..............doesn't interfere with the purity of the form...........I really like this piece.......... how much to ship First Class Parcel...............or maybe Media Mail?

    I didn't realize this when the thing was full and would not budge....but once empty....it rose ever so slightly.......& the metal wheels started to sing when moved.....ummm...sing in a very scratchy metal tone....
    it caught everyone there off guard !

    I'd love to send it to you !!!!!
    Really would......& I'd keep it if I could......but....:sorry:

    the only snag I see it that they would probably incarcerate for life anyone who thought that a Victoria Holt novel was worth any more protection than a folded paper serviette.........................
