    Hello Antiquers,

I am a US History teacher in Southern New Jersey and I have been filling my classroom with antiques for a few years now. I recently obtained a couple of pieces that I need help identifying so I signed up. Hoping someone can help.

Welcome! It just happens you are the second new member to join recently that is "using" antiques as a teaching tool...............I hope it does not sound patronizing to say "Well Done You"!!!!

I'm glad you've joined us and with the wealth of knowledge (and the willingness to share it) that the other members have, I'm sure it will lead to some fine discussions!

Just as an aside, how did you find this forum?

Google search. I have one piece in particular that I am hoping someone can identify for me. I am trying to figure out how to post pics to an album to get all of the pics posted.

Hi and WELCOME, Kevin!! My other half taught 6th & 8th (mostly 8th) grade US History for 35 years and loved every minute of it!!! He too had a lot of fun with it, since my parents were laden down with antiques!!!! Hopefully, there are plenty here to help with your questions!!!!
