20200608_212913.jpg Well now that I've joined this forum I happened to notice this evening the name Henry link inside the top drawer of my vanity. Actually it's listed as a desk but the mirror that I got with it has the same so bamboo motif. Apparently it's a pretty popular 70s vintage line. Now I'm going to have to check out all of my thrift store finds. My house is decorated in early american attic as like to I call it with nearly every piece purchased used. Mainly because you get a much higher quality item for your money. So here's a picture of my trendy Henry link vanity and mirror.

Nice, did you paint it, or was that the way you purchased it?

It was already painted and not very well I might add. Over a white gloss. Funny story I was looking at it in a Craigslist ad for a thrift store downtown Phoenix undecided think ing $75 was too much at the time and I find something cheaper. And my husband at the time, thought I would like it and bought to surprise me.

Henry link is reasonable quality furniture. A notch above most mainstream makers but not top-of-the-line.

Definitely. I was actually surprised to even see a manufacturer name on it after looking first at the desk drawer bottom and finding Staples. Certainly better than anything I could afford in the current retail Market
