Weird but cool porcelain dish Birds Signed

Yes people and friends, I was going through some of my things in my room and POW, CHA CHANG. What do you guys think of this little cute dish thing ? I was hoping someone will know this fun artist.

I'am so unorganized, hard to when dealing with alzheimer's patient who is your Dad. Not enough time in a day to clean and organize.

Sorry I can't help (either with the dish or the care giving!), just wanted to say that while I detest "cute" that bowl (Asian tea bowl?) is amusing and I like it!

 

No idea either, but I love it! I like the sleeping owl.

Good luck with your father - me and my children just moved in with my dad last month as he has dementia and can't be alone. It's looking more and more like Alzheimers for him as well. He has been forgetting my name lately, and there are times where I'm pretty sure he doesn't know I'm his daughter.

Anyway, I wish you well; it's such an unpredictable path!

 

It could be a rice bowl, but searching for rice and owls takes you to Houston.

 

I imagine that there is a LOGICAL reason for that - but I don't want to know it..........way too much logic in the world, very little imagination and practicality left..........................

Same here (in our case I have power of attorney). Fortunately my folks had planned for this long ago and provided unlimited power of attorney for us for when the time came.

Gaaah, it would be 20x harder at this point if they hadn't done that ahead of time.

 

It sure does! My dad intermittently thinks he's a CIA agent but yet often forgets that he has children and grandchildren.

 

That IS a cute bowl! Stumps me, though! Wonder if it was part of a nursery set...

 

Billy, Tie-Dye, Komo, (Janette!), and anyone/everyone else here on the forum who's going thru this stage with a parent or parents, please stay strong - and take care of YOURSELVES!

None of it is easy, for sure. I am not religious in any way, but I have to say "bless" ANYONE who cares for an aging family member or friend. It's a bear, and then some.
