Bronze or spelter,as per the article, will determine the worth. She is fantastic, but I do think reproduction.

The abundance of examples on the internet leads me to believe widely reproduced.

It's fully bronze and matches all characteristics such as weight and height that I have read about

Sorry but that is not bronze and dont even have to have this hands on to see that. Its maybe also not spelter.

Many times bronze is screwed on the stone and hold together with a bolt. Spelter is many times just clued onto the stone. If its screwed onto the stone try to unscrew it and look at the bottom to determin bronze or spelter. If its white in color and stone like with tiny shine crystal than you know enough.

No that is some damage caused by the previous owner supergluing the balls to the hands. I had my local jeweler look at it and it bronze

I looked it's not white metal inside and it's screwed in from the button for the plate. So What could this be ???
