Vintage Cadoro.. Ideas on value or how to clean?

Hi everyone! I'm new here so sorry if I'm slung silly questions. I'm a newbie. I have this necklace, all the beads are glass & I'm not sure what kind of metal the gold/ brass tone is. It's in really good shape except the tassel needs cleaned. It has some discoloration. Not terrible, looks worse in the pics than it does in person honestly. I want to clean it but don't want to do any damage. The beads just appear to be dusty mostly. I'd really appreciate any input on how or of I should clean & what it may be worth. I can't find ANYTHING like it & from what I've seen the prices are all over the place for other Cadoro pieces. I'm guessing 70s? But admittedly I'm still learning... THANKS!
