help with sig. French impressionism/tourist stuff

    I never know with this stuff. Could be factory type or a real artist. It looks good to me. Like this is a real artist.

    I could be wrong about this.
    Late 1800s to mid 1900s, Paris was the place for young artists to go and study.
    I've heard that they were sent out to popular places to paint. That's why you often see so many of the same cafes and various streets painted by different artists.

    Can we see the back? To me looks a like pretty typical 'factory' made Paris street scene.

    Yeah I believe its factory work. THere are any number of these signed this way apparently in attempt to cash in on Ronald Davey a very good French artist of the time. One person on ebay even lists it under his name. THe signature is not anything like
