Featured Unknown artist

Found this one yesterday and hoped for understandig signature when I came home, but nothing is right. can anyone help?

 

Interestingly, there is this painting by Larry Ashe, Oil painting from 1985. A remarkably similar painting, though the signature is clearly not the same. Perhaps one is painted from seeing the other for inspiration. I note they face alternative directions with some other variations of the birds. The redness is from the photo taken. This one only sold for $39 USD on eBay.

I believe the signature on the second painting is Laney Ashe. I don't know who copied who though. I only found a couple of paintings by Laney but this will give you a starting point.

 

I think both are factory paintings. Google girl looking out to see painting and you will find dozens.
