Flower paintings, Chinese or Japanese?

    Sorry about the poor pics, these are my Mothers and I had no time to photo the backs or do the fronts properly plus there's the reflective glass to contend with too. They are handpainted, I think on silk. The backs have old brown paper covering and I think they are pretty old, but I've no idea of the seal or signature.

    Hi..any luck finding the origin of these paintings? I have one with the same seal and looking to find out more :)

    No, I’m afraid not. I did think of checking them out with Christie’s Auction house. Is yours a flower painting too?

    It appears that the bottom painting is unfinished, nice paintings though .. Joy.
