I've been buying machine tools and accessories from this man, sporadically, for 30 years. Now he's going out of biz, and selling everything cheaper and cheaper, to my delight. He's not my only supplier of vintage junk, but he's only two hrs. Away so I visit on any Saturday when I can get there. I've towed a trailer and filled it up every trip there since he announced he was liquidating.

It's sad that he's going out of business, but great for your collection Spring!!
Where are you putting all this stuff, by the way?

Nice in the short term, but does not bode well for the long term, eh?

Most goes into leased warehouse space. The pallet Racks shown aren't where we store machinery, but we move anything on the floor up into the racks to leave room to put machinery on the floor. The Fire Marshall forbids storing anything flammable higher than 12', so we've spent a lot of money on all-steel pallets and containers for the top tiers, and we can only store non-flammable items in them. Lucky we have a lot of all-metal merchandise.

Are you mistaking flammable with combustible?

Now you can hunt the auctions that he was buying from and get thrice as much for a quarter the price.
