Since we just love these, I had to show this to my husband.
I thought he would bust a gut laughing. :hilarious:

What I want to know is why bother with an edamame ejector. You pick up the pods, squeeze a bean into your mouth, and wash it down with Japanese beer. Then again after enough beer you might need an ejector.:shame:

I have the corn butter spreader, but around here corn on the cob is a staple during growing season. Mine gets used a lot and it does work. That banana cutter however, has the sole purpose of making men nervous.(LOL)

I have to admit, I am fond of my tomato slicer, and I have a veddy fawncy egg slicer that can cut the usual way -- or both ways at once. :)))

The rest of that stuff is just ridikalus!

Evelyn - perhaps men who blanch at the banana thing remember Lorena Bobbitt. I do!:arghh:

Incidentally, the easiest (and tidiest) way to spread butter on the corn is with a small crust of French or Italian bread speared on the end of one's fork and then dipped in soft butter. For those who just love to use butter pats, here's your chance.

    :)

That requires too many steps... and I hate butter pats.(LOL)

As I looked through all these things I couldn't help but think of "As Seen On TV." :wacky:

Okay, will admit that in addition to my obsession with knives, scissors and other sharp instruments, also have a weakness for kitchen gadgets. Though I don't have any of the others on the '10 Most Useless' list, must confess that one of my favorites, used almost daily, is #4 (have two, one for butter, one for margarine), but in all fairness, they missed the point - that thin extruded film of butter is spreadable straight from the fridge...

Oh yeah, and that silicone garlic peeler, takes like 3 seconds and the cloves are perfect and intact - okay, so it doesn't get much use, but it's kinda cool and takes very little drawer space...

I, too, have of one those garlic peeling things - haven't seen it in 10 years or so, at the bottom of the gadget drawer I guess. I've never seen one of those butter spreaders in person, but I do have one of these.

Thank you for identifying this for me! I have one sans box and have been trying to identify it for years!
