    Hi,

I have some dishes with the Stamp below that I can't identify. The dishes were bought before 1960 and they have metallic ornament. Does anyone knows the Mark below?

    Thanks

Can we see a picture of the front & back of a dinner plate as well as a side view of the cup or mug that came with this set? Sometimes the shape of the dishes or the way they are decorated can give us additional clues as to who made them.

The mark appears to be overglaze, so may be a decorator mark instead of a maker mark. Anything incised on the back of the plate? Letters, numbers?

Once I put one of these in the microwave oven and the metallic decoration started to spark!

    Thanks

Mystery solved, the mark is from Portugal more specifically the Sociedade de Porcelanas de Coimbra (Coimbra S.P.) founded in 1922! The stamp was taken from the Coat of arms of the city!
