hello my name is kalen streich im 31years old, i have been born and raised in the desert oil fields of california where the first oil derricks were made in taft ca.! Of course im young but i know my antiques and my dad would take me digging as a young kid where we would and still do find old 1800's bottles, marbles, beads, jewelry, iron toys, porcelain dolls! I have seen so many different things pulled right out of the ground here literally never ceases to amaze me! I have a good collection of all sorts of items and i mean a hoarders collection i have never got rid of anything not nothing! But its time to start im gonna take it slow and calculated i know im young but i am very apt to just do good business!

Welcome Kalen I'm also into Bottle Digging and Metal Detecting, Its nice to hear some interest in antiques from the younger generation (which I am part of). I think their is a starting revival of the antique market for youger people, recently a man I know who owns a antique shop was telling me he has been seeing more and young people in his shop that are interested in authentic solid antique furniture which is something he said had previously been moving very slowly. You should find friendly and knowledgable people here, If you have a question just ask!!
