Old African weapons

I have these old African weapons, bows, spears, blowgun etc. Can anyone tell me if these are authentic or older or modern and possibly what tribe. There was a paper wrapped around one spear and written what looked like it said Macaj???

 

Possibly Masai, they are known for distinctive spears.

I just checked Masai, all metal spear heads. The ones I pictured are all wooden heads.
