Matching set of little tables

    Have two of these little marble top tables. They measure 10 X 10 X 29. Not sure if they are just decorative (like we use them), or if they had some purpose. They have a little piece on the side that slides out. Only the top drawer comes out. Just wondering about that and maybe the age as well? All comments appreciated.

    10 inches isn't very wide for matching end tables.

    The pull out that you show, is that a leather top? So a writing surface?
    Is the marble fixed? Or does if come off?
    Wondering if these weren't the sides to a desk.

    I think probably bedside tables. Don't think these are American so can't tell much more about them.

    Guessing French night stands ca. 1930-60.

    Thanks for the comments. No leather, at least not anymore. Marble is removable. They would be too small for me as a nightstand. Barely hold the lamp.
