spoon ,plate or coin ?

    Hi all. Ive obviously googled the Hall & Elton but I get confused from there. They were known for plate and nickle silver but did do some coin silver. the numbers also confuse me. This spoon bends very easily,and seems light,but I just dont seem to be able to pin it down. 6 inches long .Any input is always appreciated .

    The oracle has spoken ! :) I just couldnt figure out those numbers and that weird mark . Thank you.
