Does anyone know who made this pillow case?

Kingjoker, this may well have been "homemade". The snaps used are definitely the type a home sewer might use.

I also think that it probably isn't a pillowcase, per se, but rather a "lingerie bag" or similar. Ladies often stored their "delicates" in little pouches like this - it kept dainty & fine fabrics (silk stockings, for instance) from getting snagged or otherwise damaged. The pouches were also very handy for traveling.

Agree. Sometimes they went under bed pillow to hold nightgown.

Could have been ME for that matter, if I ever made a lingerie bag. It's a pretty standard crafter pattern from the 60s. People used to keep nighties in fancy cases for whatever reason. My butt-ugly jammies and sweats wouldn't exactly fit into one. it would make a great sleep sack for a ferret, if one has a ferret.
