    Probably 'Gabriella'. There were popular in 70's/80's and were marked by very Italian or French names. I've seen a few marked with this 'Gabriella' name.

    I'd call it 80s does 20s; she's wearing a 20-style flapper hat with pseudo-Egyptian eye makeup.
