Indonesian painting by ?

Nice painting from Indonesia but can't figure out the name completely so help needed here ?

Text on the backside gives the name and place off the volcano and the name off the white dot on the painting to a observatory on the side off the volcano .

 

Looks like Soama 70.
1970 looks right for the Indonesian spelling on the back. It is a mix of the old spelling of the colonial era, and the new one which had just been formalised around that time.
You probably won't find anything on the painter, there are many Indonesian painters who painted and still paint in this late 'Mooi Indië' style. Very few ever made it to international galleries and auction houses.

 

Could also be Soamata.

 

The last phrase looks Dutch - something about waiting with the ship. Interesting how languages can intersect.

 

Most of it is Dutch, and I am sure Gerspee can read it (being Dutch), he has already given a summary.
What looks like waiting with the ship is 'met de sterrenwacht de witte stip', which literally translates as: with the observatory the white dot. They meant that the white dot on the painting is or marks the observatory on the mountainside.
It was probably written by a previous Dutch owner who knows the Bandung area very well, maybe grew up there when Indonesia was still a Dutch colony.
