Can anyone tell me when these were done.
I do know that the originals are housed in the Huntington Art gallery museum. I also haven't been able to find much information on Arthur Jaffe. Frames appear to be about mid century, Maybe a little earlier?
    These are 10 1/2" x 14 1/2" in the frames.

Both "Pinkie" and "Blue Boy" were very popular in the 1950s. Hung in many a child's bedroom. Frames look right for that period.

Those are current BIN listings; not very helpful for evaluating an item's value (based on buyer interest.) I suggest you go to Completed listings to see how many comparables have been on offer lately and then to Sold listings to see how many of those sold and for what price.

I usually do that before i buy items for resale. I was just in awe at what some will ask for items. These would typically sell for around $40.00 for the pair. maybe a little more on a good day.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

The catalog of copyright entries says it's copyright by Arthur Jaffe Heliochrome Co. I found a little about this history of the company on this page, if you scroll down a bit alphabetically:
