Is This Thing Some Kind of native American Thing?

    Not sure what this is. Signed Troy 1993. I did see a bunch of Troy Sice items out there. 3 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" long. Signed...made of some kind of stone I think.

    Looks like cast resin to me. A better- focused pic of the bottom should tell. Casting in resin, along with the copyright symbol, means it is an "edition" by the artist who signed it, and most likely many were made.
