    Stouffers empoyees - yes! I found a picture of Stouffers front counter employees from the same decade, in Detroit, wearing very similar uniforms and a friend of mine found the scales (Exact Weight Scale Co. Over Under Scale). The logo is still a mystery. Thanks to all.

    Thanks again for the stellar help! I'm leaning toward thinking it might be the Exact Weight Scale Company in Columbus Ohio - the ladies would be building the scales.
