Louis Boilly Etching, age and subject matter?

I recently acquired this etching at a local auction. I believe the artist is Louis Boilly (1761-1845). Is this piece really that old, or could it have been made from a plate more recently? I also hoping someone might recognize the subject matter or be able to find something comparative for value. Thanks, Joe

 

From the visible clothing - see the woman in the pink coat? - I have serious doubts about it being by the same Mr. Boilly.

 

I think the scene is The Madeleine (church) in Paris.

Maybe the frame is the real find, who knows.

 

It wasn't the color I was emphasizing, it was the style. The length is too short, the shape too non-formfitting. The hair too. I'd guess 1960's or so.

 

The faces look mid 20th C. and I have never seen a 19th C. print signed on the impression in pencil like that.

The combination of the handwriting and my poor French means the title baffles me.

 

Artist: "Le Bailly." c.1960s, possibly factory output not a real person. French pencil text left says: original etching. Frame is 20th C. mass produced, 1960s or later.
