    Now that's what I'd call a wodge. The detectorists took 30 years to find it, but a million pounds or so each sounds adequate compensation.

    I remember that one. It's not nearly as old as a Saxon hoard, but it's finders keepers... score!

    Score one for the detectorists! The jewelry will end up in a museum, but the gent with the shovel just covered a few utility bills for the month.
