Some type of stool how old is it?

    I've known them to be called luggage racks. Yours could be 40's on up.....

    looks like a luggage holder , out of a club med....back in the 70's.

    Camp stool, still made, but yours is older - they date back to at least the late 19th century, suspect yours is probably circa 1930s-50s. They always sell for me, usually leave the fabric if it's not rotted, replace it if I have to...

    I also think camp stool. The luggage holders are a bit larger and just have straps instead of canvas. Agree with Cheryl's time frame.
