Anyone know about Sheffield by Salem

  1. i have a mixed set looks identical but one is Salem by Sheffield and the other part is symphony by Salem or vice versa. Can anyone tell me about this. It is mustard trim blue laurel wreath. 1930

    Did you look on replacements.com? Those two patterns are totally different.

  3. I did but the dishes I have are identical! One reads symphony by Salem and the other Sheffield by Salem. Two totally different patterns.

    This web site mentions that one of Salem's popular lines was Symphony. So, it's possible the Symphony backstamp refers to the shape and not the pattern, and that later on they named a single pattern (seen on the replacements site) Symphony.
