Pair of brass figurines, what culture, age?

    I should know this, but I don't ;(
    I'm assuming they are tourist items, but from where and how old? They were wearing the dresses shown when found. Both of them also have holes in their hands, so something is missing. 1 Looks like it was a flute or something, not sure what the other would have been.
    Tallest one is about 6 1/8" high. No markings found.

    You're welcome. I think they are kind of cool. Perhaps Siamese Barbie Dolls - additional outfits sold separately?

    We had an Infant Jesus of Prague statue (what Catholic home would be without one?) and there was an ornate embroidered robe with velveteen and gold lace trim that my mother put on it. I'm thinking this is a similar thing.
