I need help to identify

We bought this and a few other items from a feed store that closed. I know that a doctor had owned this cabinet for a long time, it had been in his family I think. I know we were told it cost a lot of money when she purchased it. I am not as concerned about value as I am interested in who it is made by and how old it is. I have a lot of photos so hopefully someone here can give me a starting point.
It seems to have a floral design with leaves. On both sides there is a bow floating with leaves. The nails are square and the drawer isn't really dove tailed but it is cut to fit and then nailed.
The wood does not have a stain, or even a lacquer. Not sure it is coated with anything.

Ok I will try there it keeps telling me that the file size is to big no matter how small I get it.

 

I am posting in Gallery the photos of the white painted cabinet that at the feedstore used as a display. We haven't touched either piece besides some dirt and have no idea how to properly care for them. I don't want to take their character away.

 

I can't find your pictures. Do you have your album set to public view or private? If it's set to 'private', no one can see the pictures.

I found out a while ago, that you need to give each picture a 'name' or they don't save and disappear off into the ether somewhere.
It took me three tries to get it right, the first time I tried it! I'd forgotten that. Otherwise I would have warned you!
The program will automatically give them names if you click that option when prompted.

 

I got a Gallery alert for 14 new pictures, so they did take. Now what you need to do @mtjls is to use the "camera icon" in the Reply toolbar to select them to be embedded here.

EDIT: NEVERMIND! Now I see the "camera" icon and how it works! I've never noticed it or used it before, LOL!

 

The camera is third from the left on the bottom row in your screen shot, Laura.
