They really had those cabinet cards in the 1920s?

I think it's a phone snap from a family album; the shape is the phone's and not the picture's. It's probably a 620 camera turned end on, is my best guess.

    So 1920s or 1800s?

Sweetsimpletimes - The point of my first comment has to do with the photo you took of the photograph of young Master Awcott. We can't see what's there because of the bright flash.

    The second version is tiny.

Other than the fact that there's a Christmas tree in the corner and a crepe paper bell hanging from the ceiling, we can't see what's there to help you. If you want to know more about the scene, you're going to need to find another way - scan it?

I will have to go too the library. What joy and hmm idk. So the roaring 20s or a turn of the century photograph?

Do you have anything other than a phone to take a picture with? Like an actual camera?

And if you want to find out more about Edward B. Awcott - what country are you in? Where did you get the picture?

A Salvation Army no I don't I have this cool action camera. That's in a wooden box. USA and it could be New York.

Is his name handwritten on the back? Can we see a picture of that? (I ask because I am not finding much of anything in US records for anyone with a surname Awcott.)

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

From what I can see it looks like an early 20th-century interior shot at Christmas. What's the size of the card it's mounted on?
