    Hello,
I have recently acquired quite beautiful sideboard. I am trying to trace orgin of this furniture and I need your help. It's over 2.30m long and sits on raised block feet with brass feet. Left facing there are 4 drawers. There are 3 doors, one single cupboard and one double cupboard. There is brass detail either end of the sideboard and a brass plaque at one end with the letter Pb (unless I am wrong).
This seem to be quality designer piece of furniture which is very solid, heavy and well made. Could you please help?

It doesn't look American. Can I ask where you are and where you purchased it?
Might be newer commercial furniture for an office or hotel. I'm just guessing at this though.
Is it possible for you to take a picture of the drawer construction. Thank you.

Welcome to the board. Be sure to check back. People come and go at all hours.

That "PB" logo (or whatever it is) reminds me of the style of 1970s plus or minus. What a great looking piece of furniture. Have to think a little special with that inlaid brass rectangle outline on the side edges.

As suggested, more pictures would be helpful. Maybe of the handles, too. I assume you've checked the inside of the upper drawers on the sides, occasionally a maker's name there.

    Hope someone can ID this.

Thank you very much for quick response. I have bought this sideboard in London, England. Please have a look at additional photos below.

Nice piece. Hardware suggests 80s or later. Would think high end and at least semi-custom. Logo does not mean anything to me.

Wow, thank you very much for all the information. I feel quite privileged just because I think I have a bargain here and paid small price the furniture which is beautiful in the form but surprisingly also has quite interesting history. Once again thank you!
