Silver Spoon - Advice Please

    Funny how this pattern in silver plate has 2 names. I have found several sites calling it "Trefold" and several calling it "Chippendale." Haven't found any in either name in sterling.

    Multiple names for the same design for American silver plated flatware isn't that uncommon - lots of "aka" listings in my references. "Fashions" in naming change over time just like anything else and marketing under a new name is cheaper than designing and producing an entirely new line. ;)
