    OMG he's bald!!!!
What does his stuffing feel like?

    I'm guessing 1950s right now.

He's cute .. a little cap on his head and a nice little outfit and he's still a keeper, :) Joy.

I don't think that Chiltern one is right, but the color is right. That one has seams coming diagonally from his muzzle out/up toward his ears, while this little bald guy doesn't seem to have those seams, also the eyes on the other are more crystal looking (the plastic crystal eyes that have more line detail inside them.). There are SO MANY teddy bears its sure hard to identify. Do some forensics on his stuffing and let us know what he is stuffed with. That's about your biggest detail at this point.

Appears he may have been restuffed.

His body may have been restuffed, but I doubt someone went so far as removing all of the old stuffing - from the hands and feet, for instance. Squeeze his hands or feet - see if they crinkle.

Thank you all for your input! He looks like he has been completely re-stuffed with foam... I guess that makes it even harder to figure out when he was born :(

Get hold of an old feather pillow or a stuffed mattress and refill it.
That type of foam perishes after a while and will crumble.
    Anything is better than foam.
