Small Pottery Batter Jug With Lid and Handle

Jug stands about 6" tall. Pale blue with blue decoration. Clay looks to be Ohio-ish. Can anyone help?

Sorry, no ID of maker, but at least you know they turn up once in a while.

With that mold mark across the bottom, I would guess, possibly Zanesville pottery.
