@JB....There are very many posters here who use their phones to post & have trouble getting pics to load . Then there are others who are not used to taking photo's of still life items . It can be a learning process as taking a selfy is not the same as photographing an antique item.
We try to help where we can, cuz we're not all pro photographers.

& ya...the photo above is hard to deal with , so we ask for more & better ones , to help us help the OP !

Looks to me like it would be from a series showing street vendors. But that's about all I can say.

She's a mop seller from a "Cries of London" series. There are 2 versions: one with a plain background looking left, and another looking right with a cloudy sky background.

    "Maids buy a mapp"

I leave it to people with faster computers to find further details.

The statue was inaugurated in 1866, so this probably dates to that time or a bit later.
    Edit:
This is incorrect info. I'll look again later.

There looks to be printing on the back of the statue one, like it was cut out of a newspaper. Have you considered opening the back?

I could but it's in a really nice frame the backing don't come off unless you tear the paper

I see from the description in that listing that, sure enough, it was "taken from the London Illustrated News."
