Featured Art Deco Bronze Statue ID?

Hi!
I have this fantastic Art Deco bronze or brass statue.
It stands just over 16" tall, with a round, black marble base.
No signature that I can find.
Not sure of age, but appears to be older.
I was just wondering if anyone can identify it?

Can you tak the pics in better lighting? The green corrosion looks fake but cant really tell too dark.

It is a 'fake' patina. Like an enamel or baked on finish.

As far as dating, maybe 1990s plus or minus with an ode to Art Deco? 16 inches tall is pretty tall for an older one, and the face seems to be modeled more simply, kind of in a way I might expect a newer one to look. Also the way the gold paint (from the face) kind of got on the hair too, I don't think that you would see that on a truly old piece.

Not old. Deco-inspired for sure, but not old.

 

I have not seen the black hair colored so prominently in the older ones. Especially if they are not "painted" to begin with?

But it is a very nice statue!

 

It’s not fake corrosion, it’s intentional patination using cupric nitrate and ammonium chloride. Foundries have their own recipes for patinating bronzes some applied with a blowtorch.

 

neither in art nouveau nor in art déco this would have been a typical female figure.
even in art déco females were women and not anorexic beanpoles.
for me 1980s and later.
