    My first suspect would be Muncie. Next would be Camark or Niloak.

    I think you've got a Roman numeral I on the bottom.

    Measures 8 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches across the top and 3 inches cross the base.

    Here's another one that shows just an "M" under the glaze on the bottom.
