Featured Cool, dainty little thing...is it ruined?

    I found this in my grandma's stuff and tried to clean it up a little using a Q-tip in the liquid silver cleaner to try and read the marks. I DROPPED IT inside the jar! I scooped it out and ran it under the water as quickly as possible, but....:sorry:
    Can anyone envision it as it should be and tell me anything you can about it...and can anyone tell me if there is a way to repair the damage!? :(
